What is a shared computer to the Lagoon websites?

On the GamingLagoon terms of service (or any of the Lagoon terms of service), it says that “Users must log in and use Gaming Lagoon on their own personal computer only. The use of a Gaming Lagoon account on a public or shared computer is grounds for disqualification.” What do they mean when they shared computer? Thanks.

probly one in like an internet cafe or something they basically just want you to make it at home but as long as you dont do anything stupid i dont think youll get banned i broke the tof by logging on to a different comp on my account have been for while

they track ip addresses to make sure that you are not defrauding their site by creating multiple accounts, that’s why you cant use public computers
