I don’t really need an extremely advance computer. Just a reliable computer that I can do homework on and maybe play some games on. (my brother wants sims 3). My family will be using it. We have had two Microsoft desktops that have malfunctioned. I already have a mac and love it but i think we should have a Microsoft in the house. Thank you.

Just get a new iMac and put Windows on a partition of it. Then when the Windows side crashes or gets infected with viruses, you can delete that section and stick with the Mac side.

Go to a big-box store (like best buy) and just grab the cheapest desktop they have that isn’t gateway. If you want a good one, Acer is reliable but a little bit more expensive.

agree with kahles…. keep the a iMAC and install windows programs you will be happier in the long run. remember with a mac you dont know viruses or blue screens that right there is worth it.

Actually the new macs will run Windows with the right software, so you could have the best of both worlds. (There is also an Office version for macs).

get a mac mini wipe out the hardrive and install windows. ric kid im gonna have to upgrade a imac g3
