Its hard to answer company’s are always changing their deals.
One best way to get the best deal is to buy from ebuyer.com they are always cheap no fancy sales just low prices.

Define the best deal. I personally think that Lenovo’s sale that they had a few days ago (it’s likely still going) where you can get one of their $ 900 laptops for about $ 600 is a good deal, considering they have the best build quality.
I would say that what you think is the best deal is ultimately the best. Dell’s products are crap, but if you can get a $ 700 laptop from them for about $ 400, having to replace it in less than 2 years might be a better deal to you than buying a $ 1000 laptop now and it lasting 5-6 years or longer.

Cyberdyne Systems makes a very good laptop, but you must act quickly before they become self aware
