Unlike the other reviewer, I had absolutely zero problems installing and running this game on 3 different PCs with 3 different operating systems. I loved the slots (as much as I always love the Phantom EFX product slots!). The tables were fun and played just like they do in the casino, and they have ShuffleMaster games like 3 Card Poker and Let it Ride, which most games don’t. Another great casino game from Phantom!

I bought this product expecting to install and run after the install. NOT !!!
I wrote to REEL DEAL’s product support. They gave me great support and I was able to partially run this product
I bought this product so I could play cards.
After the install, could play the slot machines,and some table games.
However, I cannot play cards. Card games start up ok, but when the cards are dealt, there are white blocks
in the middle of the card table. If I choose a deck for an option, the program crashes.
I am using Windows 7 professional, 64 bit. It appears to be a video issue, but I have not figured out the problem yet.
I am disappointed. I was hoping to relax a little with this software.

This game was a Chirstmas gift.The game says it will play on Win.Vista,but it does not .It’s Junk!
