I just restored my computer and it restores just fine, everything is back to normal, and it looks exactly the same. But after about 5 minutes on the computer it automatically restarts itself, and I dont know how to stop it.
Ps. I used a recovery disc to restore, the computer. Please help?

try using ur restore cds again and when it says do u want to back anything up say no

This kind of problem is frequently caused by overheating.
Remove the cover and clean it thoroughly with compressed air, paying close attention to the fans and the heatsink.
If the problem continues, run a memory checker and get the power supply tested.

Make sure the fans work inside. Also clean any dirt that may be trapped inside the case. It sounds like a overheating problem.

Right click on My Computer and select properties. Click Advanced tab. Click Settings under Startup and Recovery. Under System Failure uncheck Automatically Restart. Click OK.
