Q&A: How can I move my story on my computer to our shared computer?

Question by Nicole M: How can I move my story on my computer to our shared computer?
My computer is too old for a USB and our shared computer is too new for a floppy disc. I’ve tried to put a printer on my computer so that i could just print it and scan it on our shared one, but the printer won’t work. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Easiest way would be to email it to yourself on the computer its on. Then go to your other computer open up your email and download it to the computer.

Have you tried Email?
Otherwise, if both are on a network, enable sharing for the file/folder & then from the shared computer you can access it.

1. Burn the stuff you wish to have onto a CD
2. Email yourself with attachments of files you want transferrd
3. Share both computers on a network; you can move stuff from old computer into new computer by just doing drag and drop action
