The first thing you need to understand is: THIS IS NOT AN IPAD!!!,
…. It’s also NOT a Galaxy Tab or any of the numorous other high dollar high end tabs out there.
That being said, lets talk about what it is. A VERY inexpensive, very cool android table and book reader.
I have the white version, it came boxed nicely with everything I needed to get started. It doesnt have access to google’s android market but it comes with a market if its own and I found there were PLENTY of places to get free apps all over the internet.
I found the screen to be fairly responsive, however not as fast as MY Ipad. Thats right folks I have an iPad. I wanted something i could throw in the car or read on the boat or drop accidently without worrying about losing it somehow some way. My ipad cost $700 bones new and I found I really didnt like to take it with me anywhere that it might get damaged.
This unit is not as fast as other extreamly more expensive units out in the world but it really, most definatley, does the job. Convert your vidoes to MP4 and watch movies or wait a bit, VLC is coming with an app that will let you play ANY movie file.
Music player is great, speakers are ok but headphones are better. You can reach out on your home network and access files with this unit (something you CANT do with a MAC) you can also expand its memory both internal and exlernal rather simply.
Screen is bright, controls are responsive and the Open Android software that came on it seems pretty stable.
THINK about what you want out of your tablet.
I wanted something a little more compact that I could just throw in the car with me and go. Inexpensive and usefull. This filled the bill and is a steal at this price.
I was surprised to find it on Amazon and certainly at such a reasonable price.
If you want superfast processing and the APP store (Both android or Apple) then your going to have to buy something more expensive.
I found this Tab reliable easy to use and still able to get every APP on it I wanted without having to ROOT it or Hack it.
It’s a great first Tab or for the person who doesn’t need all the bells and whisltes of an Ipad.
I hope this helps!!

Great product,
I bought this as a birthday present for my mom. She enjoys surfing the web right before bedtime and had been using her ipod touch, but the screen is soooo little it’s hard for her to see anything. She is also disabled and there are days that she is in bed or on the couch all day unable to move. I wanted her to have something larger that was a multi-tasker that was easy to use. SHE LOVES THIS TABLET!! It has taken her a few days to get the hang of it, and she says she still hasn’t discovered all of the bells and whistles, but it lets her surf the web without having to sit at a desk where the computer is. It’s also an ereader and the built in Barnes and Noble app is awesome and very easy to use. It also comes with a couple of games (one of them is solitaire, she was thrilled
)But she has already downloaded a few more from the app store. In my opinion, it is totally worth the cost and I am just thankful to see her so happy.

Great Deal for Little Reader,
I’m a big fan of this product. I have yet to run out of battery life, even using the wifi to surf for a couple of hours. Yet, it is a bit heavy. But, it is a GREAT alternative to an iPad. The web surfing is perfectly fine if the wifi connection is a good one. The screen resolution and color is better than most tablets at this price and size, 800×600. As far as Refurbished product, item comes in a sealed retail box and all accessories are brand new, just like new product. I can not tell if it is refurbished.

Good Laptop Fan,
Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Really quiet, keeps the laptop cool. I guess the LED lights are a added bonus, although I couldn’t care less.

Inexpensive & Efficient With Questionable Longevity,
It is very doubtful to me that this Laptop Notebook Cooler Pad will be in use a year from now. That said, it has worked well for two months now. At less than $5, I did not expect it to be a permanent solution.
This is well thought out and made of plastic. It seems to be tough plastic, but plastic is plastic and I cannot see this thing surviving as long as my laptop. A hook on the bottom that should secure the wiring of the three fans does not work great. If I do not take care when moving the pad and laptop together, I know I am destined to snag and yank the wires right out. At this price, I will just get another when it is time.
The lights are a cool little bonus, but do not buy the pad for them. One of the three on mine no longer lights. A second is becoming more dim with each passing day, which for me foreshadows an imminent demise for the third, still brightly burning, light.
No lights is no biggie since they have nothing to do with the pad’s functionality. It is the fans that matter and they are still spinning in full force. The fans seem noiseless, at least I only hear them when the room is otherwise absolutely quiet (which almost never happens around this house).
The pad has longer legs in back to lift my laptop slightly higher in the rear. The angle makes it a bit more ergonomic putting less stress on my wrists while typing. It is a nice bonus that was not expected.
When the air in the room is still, I sometimes detect a draft of hot air as the fans draw it away from beneath my laptop. I knew a cooling pad would provide a benefit, but I did not realize the extent until I felt the heat of the air the fans displace.
I have noted no difference in laptop performance, but the pad was a proactive measure anyway. I was not looking to resolve a performance problem, just hoping to prevent one.
If you are looking for a little extra insurance to keep your laptop performing well by preventing potential heat damage over time, this pad is lubriciously inexpensive and will serve you well.

Great product for what you paid,
seems very flimsy, but if you take care of it, you shouldn’t have any problems…if you lay it on lap, you definitely need something under it…I just got it, and I’m using the cardboard lid under it.. actually works…but the 3 fans actually make my labtop not heat up whatsoever….. before, my laptop would overheat when using netflix…my laptop is about 6yrs old now and doesn’t heat up at all…I was VERY skeptical about buying due to the price, but I’m glad I took a chance…
