The connector for this mouse to the computer is NOT thru the USB port but instead has a 6 pin mini-din connector. Our computer which is 2 years old does not even have this type of connector. This technology on the mouse connector is OLD. No where does the listing on Amazon say that it is not connected via a USB or even mention a type of connector. I tried to return it via the internet returns and was told I could get only a replacement and not a refund. Finally, I got in touch with Amazon customer service, and they were helpful in getting me a refund. Too bad; cool product, but lousy technology.
