This fan moves a lot of air, but at the expense of silence. It's not very quiet, but not too loud, either. The blue LEDS are nice and the fan itself is transparent plastic. The cable is good length with both a 4-pin and a 3-pin connector. I bought this with one of ULTRA's 4 channel fan controllers, and when I rigged this fan up to it was able to have much better control over the noise while still having very good airflow. The fan hasn't given me any probs ever since I installed it. A great product, but it's even better with a controller.
