Is there a computer program that will automatically start other programs?

I need a computer program that will automatically start another program and not let that program close for a work computer. So basically, when the computer starts up, this program I am looking for will start a work-related program and force it to stay open, so that the only use of that computer would be to use the work program. Thank you!

If your system is windows based I suggest automate, it requires no scripting or programming skills, very intuitive.

U should Place a shortcut of that application u have to run in startup so navigate to
C:\Documents and Settings\Jitendra Maindola\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
and make shortcut
