The 1st desktop I received had a bad DVD drive. I spent 2 hours online with tech support doing the same things I already tried to get it working to finally get a ticket opened to have a replacement shipped. However they wanted my credit card # to do this warranty replacement. Uh – nope. So I returned the pc to the vendor and got another one shipped. The second one appeared to be fine – for 2 days. Then I got the dreaded blue screen. I could only boot into safe mode, and could not even do a disk recovery to the factory default. My OS was toast. They are currently shipping me a recovery DVD but I’m not please with my HP experience at all so far.

I have had nothing but problems with this new computer. The computer will not boot up or if it does boot up it will not stay booted up. I spoke with HP Tech support and they keep you on the phone for 2 hours on 2 different times doing the same test over and over again. Finally they agreed to allow me to ship it to them and I unplugged it, packaged it up and sent it to them. I just got it back this weekend and guess what the same problem exist, they did NOTHING to fix the problem. In the papework they sent back it states they reinstalled the system. We had already done that by phone, so that was a complete waste of time. Now I still dont have a working computer and waiting for them to call back. Would never buy another HP computer!!!

Fast for the money…………I got my for less than $300/w tax and everything. If you are into gaming, all you have to do is change a PS to higher wattage and a nice video card of your choice. Also there is room for upgrade in rams(two more slots available) and you can swap the cpu to a 6-core amd chip.
