I am having problems with my computer and called HP customer service while in my warranty period. They told me that they were working on finding a solution and would let me know when one was found. I call back, now out of the warranty, and they want me to buy an extended warranty to get the answer. Their warranty is useless.

Received this from Amazon to replace the other computer that failed. Opened the box, plugged it in, and nothing. Dead on arrival. Never even powered up. Had to send back again and finally decided to go buy a computer at Fry’s. I will not buy another computer online again. Too many hassles and too much time wasted if it is broken. Credit takes about 10 days to post back on your card because of shipping time and time to process. If I had bought locally, the credit would have been processed right away. Something to consider.
