How to restore computer when my computer just randomly shuts off?

Whenever I go on my computer after a few minutes (I’d say about 5) it just restarts for some reason. I’ve tried to restore my computer but can’t because it will restart before it finishes. How can i stop the restarting or reatore my computer when this is happening Someone please help

Put your recovery disk in and when your computer restarts look and see which “F” key, like F10 or F2 and hit it. Change to boot from CD and follow instructions from there.

When it’s loading up, keep pressing F8 until the menu comes up, there should be a repair option, try that

hes got the right idea but if that does not work, like he said press F8 until a menu pops up, but boot into safe mode and log on to the Administrator Account (there should not be a password) then try the system restore from there
