How do make your computer start up as soon as you switch the power button?

You know. Like a simple on off light switch? You switchthe switch and there is light.
How do you do the same in a computer. I have a computer that does it already and I would like to learn how to do it for other computers. Do you know the answer?

you can try hibernate mode, when it hibernates it will turn on where you left off..it may take a little time for it to get started but usually is faster then a full start up …. sometimes

You need a power supply that doesn’t have a start switch – IOW, a very old computer. Modern computers need to be started (the start button has to be pressed) to turn on.
