How do I get my computer to stop shutting off on me?

I clicked on a web link awhile back and got myself an nasty Trojan virus. Once I got it, my computer developed this bad habit of shutting down on me. I thought I got rid of the virus, but to this day my computer still shuts down on it’s own. Can anyone help me get rid of my possible phantom Trojan? I’ve tried Macafree and AVG, but when I run them my computer shuts down half the time, and if it does finish it says nothing is wrong.

there was a website called bulletproof it will remove it
