How do i get internet on another computer using wireless connection?

Basicly my little brother recently got a new computer for his school work and stuff, any way his computer is in another room is there any possible way that he can connect to the internet? My computer has the main wireless Modem router on my room by the way.
So what I am saying is can you get wireless connection on another computer in the same house?

If you have a wireless connection then yes, you should be able to just scan for wireless networks on the other computer (presuming that it is wireless capable) and just find your network and enter the code, and that’s it
