How can I make my computer automatically spell check?

My brothers computer spell checks while he types. I want that option on my computer, mostly for facebook. Is there a way to turn the spell check on my windows 7 laptop? Or is there a download for automatic spell check?

What browser is he using, he’s not using IE anyway. Use another browser or download a spell checker for IE.
