This is not such a great computer. It has low value for the money and the technical support is not good. They have accented voice as if they are in India to save Dell money. It took me four calls and two hours waiting time to find out how to remove the optical disk drive. They told me to unscrew it and pull it out the front, which I could not do because of the plastic cover. They simply didn’t consider this. The reason I was able to figure it out on my own was because they said to pull it out the front. The case is the best part of the deal because it is easy to disassemble, but the high luster plastic is easily scratched/damaged. Also, the power supply has failed on me and a new one is required. I’m not even going to bother with their support, I’ll be ordering my own. I would recommend building own PC over buying a Dell. For $725 you can get this with a better graphics card, CPU, hard drive or power supply.
