Rough road,
I have had this computer for 1 year 3 months. I just bought another one. Toshiba.
I am hard on my computer, but I do not think that hard. Battery life was horrible and expensive. Do your homework before choosing your next computer.

real review,
I’ve been using DELL Inspiron 1545 for more than a year; it has a lot of issues, the weight is kind of heavy especially when you travel with it. Another big problem that the USB ports located near the charger port which makes it very difficult to put both a USB and the charger in the same time!!!!!! You need extremely thin flash memory.
The screen is great, there is no glare and easy to clean.
The sound is fine, the laptop is not equipped for music and media like other laptops but I think it’s fair enough comparing to the price
