Per the description, this is a small desk. Exactly what I was looking for. Simple assembly (not the clearest directions). It’s vinyl over MDF, so no worries with a beverage spill. In fact, the delivery left it outside in the rain. Box was soaked through, but no damage to the desk.

This was the smallest desk I could find that didn’t look like a piece of ikea junk (don’t get me wrong, ikea is nice, but once you move any of their furniture around, it starts to separate). I was looking for a desk that I could roll into my closet so the room could be opened up for guest use. Using this room as a one day/week office. I am using an ikea fold down table top to increase the needed desk space.

I would definitely purchase from this company again and would recommend it to others for this type of use, or for anyone looking for a desk for tight quarters. But don’t think of using it unless you have a flat panel monitor. The monitor will not support CRT monitors.

The Desk Cart is everything I was hoping for. It’s compact, mobile, and sturdy. The black and chrome design give it a stylish look. The top shelf can be put on any side. Since I have a laptop I put it on the right with the speakers on top and that gives me room to use the mouse underneath it. I use the slide out shelf to keep paper/pen handy and as a desk when I need to take notes. The bottom shelf is used for my huge fax/printer/copier. The assembly was relatively easy. My 7-year old daughter helped me assemble it and we didn’t need my husband’s help or his power tools. I checked out many sites and stores and this was a really good buy for the price.
