My computer is logged in, but my sister changed my password when I left it alone and now I cannot shut it down out of fear that I wont be able to login again. Question by T.O.: How do I transfer files from one computer to another? I have a an old PC running windows XP. The computer won’t load the desktop however. It just keeps restarting itself. Attempting to use safe mode does the same thing. It brings up the safe mode options screen, but the computer still keeps restarting.
