I bought this item for the case to move my existing motherboard and drives to. The power supply that came with it didn’t have any serial ATA power connectors so I couldn’t use it. The case itself is lightweight but has lots of mounting holes for fans. The lighted fans and lighted face rods look nice at night. Overall I’m satisfied with this case.

    Update 4/20/2010:

The power supply began making a loud noise after about 2 months, a few weeks later it blew up. It’s not even worth the time or money to send it back for repair since the power supply is of very poor quality and will likely fail again. I purchased a very high quality power supply as a replacement (APEVIA ATX-AQ700W-BK 700W Highly Recommended!) which is needed if you want something that will last and/or something used for a powerful or gaming machine. Also this case does not allow you room to route the power supply cables through the back panel and out of the way. The case fans are difficult to wire and you are forced to have cords running everywhere and it looks really bad.

Therefore I do NOT recommend this case to anyone unless you need just a cheap low end case that gets the job done. I recommend buying a quality case separately from the power supply (because most cases w/PSU use low end power supplies) and buy a quality power supply with the power you need that won’t let you down. I really regret buying this case and wished I would have spend the extra $30 – 50 and purchased a case that matches the quality parts I used inside the case, instead I have a cheap looking computer with premium parts inside.

First off the case is super lightweight, it’s about half the weight of my old case which makes it more portable, but also more fragile/flimsy so thats something to consider.

    Whats Good:

-It has 6 3.5″ bays for hard drives (2 can be used as a floppy (if anyone even uses floppy anymore)) which is impressive.

-6 pre-drilled slots for fans (1-120mm front, 1-80mm top, 1-120mm back, 2-80mm side, 1-120mm side) so you can get some REALLY good airflow through this case. You can feel cold air blasting out of the case with the 2 stock fans.

-both side panels are removable so you can access the hard drive/drive holes on both sides. Also makes it easier when installing hard drives/optical drives.

-450w power supply with 24pin and 4 pin motherboard connectors so it will work with the latest motherboards.

-huge side plexiglass window AND top plexiglass window.

-2 colored fans (which were actually multicolored not blue like pictured but they look cool too)

-Case is steel sheet metal, not plastic like some of the other low end cases.

-Case runs surprisingly quiet with the 2 stock fans, power supply fans, and processor fan.

-The bubble lights are really cool, they really stand out, and they are in my favorite color BLUE! the bubbles don’t actually flow (how sick would that be!) but it’s still a good effect. And it’s nice to be able to turn them off/on as needed.

    Whats not so good/extras needed:

-only has like 5 motherboard screws, which ATX takes like 9 so make sure you have some extras. Included screws are small so you might want some extra standard hex screws.

-has 2 stock fans, 1-80mm side and 1-80mm top, which is just ok airflow, BUT it has great fan expansion features. (Ideally you want 1 front and 1 back minimum).

-seems like there is limited airflow for the front fan, There is no mesh or vents BUT the front usb slot has a large opening and there is also a bottom opening for more flow, I’m not sure I have not installed a front fan yet but I do feel cold air blowing from these holes from the 2 stock fans.

-No SATA power adapters on the power supply, BUT you can get IDE to SATA power adapters, I got a double adapter (1 end female IDE to 2 male SATA) for like $2 shipped off ebay.

I purchased this case a few months ago to bulld a low cost system for a friend. Ended up using it for a build to raplace a system of mine that got fried from a failed PSU. I added a green chassis fan to the rear for added cooling. To my surprise, I am able to run a 9650 Quad-Core in this with the included PS with no problems.

Pros: Low-Cost window case with PSU. LED fans, top window, and front bubble lights (not usually found in a case). Looks very pretty running.

Cons: Arrived with one of the pegs that hold the front on broken off. The hardware bag inside had broken open and everything rattling around loose inside. 1 star off for this.
