We gave my 5 year old this for Christmas. Everyone played it and she’s still playing it months later. It’s by far her favorite game (unfortunately it’s not a learning game!) Her 12 year old cousin keeps borrowing it also, and her grandfather even plays around with it. It has many diferrent areas to complete before you finish each fasion show and there are about 10 fashion shows, then you can continue doing different fashion shows of your choice. After each show you get more choices of clothing, hair, shoes, stages, music, fabric, so on and so forth. You even get to choose which model gets to wear each outfit.

Love It!!! A great game whether you like Barbie or not. My granddaughter spends hours playing this game. It is a very creative, interactive and fun product that can be played over and over again without being boring. My granddaughter played it so much in the last two years that she wore out the CD and I had to find another one to purchase, because she was so disappointed that she didn’t have it to play anymore. I would definitely recommend this product. Truly worth the price.

My 8-year old daughter received this as a gift and absolutely LOVES it. It is similar to the Beauty Boutique in that the user is given an array of choices for various items (tops, pants, colors), then when all the choices have been made, the game shows the slick, completed version of the model (in this case, a runway fashion show of each outfit). As Barbie successfully designs outfits for each assignment, she is given access to new design choices. My daughter was very excited by the clothing and color choices and her feeling of success in “designing” beautiful clothes – it was a pleasure to listen to her ooh, ahh and congratulate herself on her fashion skills as she played.
Unlike the Barbie movie games, there are no riddles to solve or an overarching storyline, which would make this very suitable for younger players as well.

My 6 yr old daughter goes through computer games like water.
Barbie Fashion Show is the first game that my daughter hasn’t
finished in 1/2 hr. This really interests her.
She gets to design clothes, choose models, design the set and
put on a show…which takes some time, I might add.
We are very happy with this computer game!

I used to play this so much!!!!! Its a really fun and amazing game!! I’m too old to play this now, but I will always love it!!! You get to design clothes and its just so fun! Definately get for a (i say) a six to 9 yr old, because it can probably be pretty hard for someone younger thatn six and when your 10 and older you won’t be caught dead playing with something that has to do with barbies, so thats why I say that age limit. So try it if your child likes designing, it will be a great experience!
